Very nice stay. Could have been a little cheaper. However, we would stay again.

Stuffed animal on bed for our graddaughter. Nice.

Ceiling needed repair from water leak.

Nice facility but heating system was very poor. Heater is small window type that has air distributed under the drapes. Doesn't make a lot of sense from an engineerting standpoing. Could be why the temperature setting device seems to be out of sync.

Overall clean and quiet.

Heating system was a disaster; too hot to too cold. Could not adjust.

Front desk when I checked out was very friendly. Clean rooms.

Front desk clerk when I checked in did not understand my accent and was a little rude when I tried to ask her questions.

This is not a top quality Holiday Inn but most travelers who have stayed at this property had an enjoyable stay. They were impressed by the very friendly and helpful team of employees and said the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The rates were reasonable considering the good location. Words of warning from those who have stayed here: There is no elevator. If you have a room on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs.
