The 81-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites St. Croix Valley is two miles from the Saint Croix River and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to families on vacation or the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this four-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, wired and wireless Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and parking. There are three meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 70 guests. Nearby attractions include Wild Mountain Ski and Water Recreation Park, Trollhaugen Ski Resort, Wisconsin Interstate Park, St. Croix Valley Golf Course, the State Fish Hatchery, historic downtown Taylors Falls, St. Croix Festival Theater, Franconia Sculpture Park, Osceola Historic Train Tours and Fawn Doe Rosa Animal Park.

Travelers to Saint Croix Falls who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express were delighted with their visit. The friendly team of employees solved problem promptly with a smile and had lots of helpful hints to assist newcomers find their way around. Those who paid a little more for a whirlpool suite said it was money spent. There were some minor complaints that some furnishings were a little worn. Despite this most guests said they would return to this hotel on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
