Room not ready on time. Asked non smoke had to change. Toilet didn't work had to change. Smoke alarm was squeaking had to change. Overall, hotel was not up to par. Staff however was helpful and courteous.

Staff was very helpful.

Had to change rooms three times due to problems.

The rooms featured at this hotel are clean and offer plentiful space to move around. However, some of the sheets and blankets should be replaced as they are very itchy. Despite this, the staff is very accommodating and do a great job of giving out directions. They also serve up a delicious breakfast that includes a tasty variety of warm items. As for the public facilities, they are all inviting and well-kept.
