Very friendly people and very nice room. We had a pleasant experience here.

The beds were very comfortable and they gave us tons of fluffy pillows.

The steps up to our room, no elevator.

I would stay at this hotel again. It was worth the money and close to Mineral Point's downtown.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a towel left on the back of the bathroom door from the previous people.

The pet-friendly Quality Inn Mineral Point is near Governor Dodge State Park and comprises 50 rooms equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this two-story hotel are a deluxe continental breakfast, wireless high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings, in-room coffee and parking. There are meeting and banquet facilities that can accommodate 400 guests. The hotel is seven miles south of Dodgeville and 18 miles north of Platteville. Area landmarks and attractions include the historic Pendarvis settlement, House on the Rock, the Little Norway museum, Cave of the Mounds National Natural landmark and Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin.

This hotel was a Comfort Inn and it got good reviews then and it continues to earn them now as a Quality Inn. Several clients say it one of the friendliest hotels they have visited and the staff here goes that extra mile to insure everyone has a good time. The rates are reasonable and the accommodation is well appointed, squeaky clean and comfortable. Other plus points were the indoor swimming pool and some interesting restaurants nearby.
