Rooms very clean and good size. Service excellent. $12 night to park is high. Good location though.

Front desk should explain clearly how to enter in and out the hotel and that there is a mall entrance for your convience. We thought the mall was the only way to enter the hotel. Security drove around us about three time never asking if we needed assistance. I thought the cleaning staff were very professional and customer freindly people. Things to do would be to have the front desk clearly explain to the guest how to gain entrance in and out of the hotel. Needs to have more security because there is a mall entrance to the hotel you want to make sure your guest are safe.
