This multistoried modern hotel is a good place for holiday and business travelers. All guests liked its location. Some of them appreciated good sized clean nice comfy rooms, food, views from Polaris, value for money and service. However, some guests rated the hotel as average. A few guests were unhappy about over priced food, smoke smell, slow Internet and inconsistent service. Though bathrooms were clean, they were small and required renovation. Most of the accommodations are non-smoking. Guests of Gold Passport rooms can read free copy of USA Today daily. The well-appointed spacious Business Plan room, with nice views of the city, features a big workstation, king bed, Portico bath amenities and 25-inch television.
