The 93-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Madison West provides low-cost quality accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is just minutes from downtown Madison, the University of Wisconsin, Kohl Center, Alliant Energy Center and Madison's new Overture Center. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room for social or business functions that can accommodate 10 guests. Corporate offices close to the property include GE Healthcare, American Girl, CUNA Mutual, Certegy, EPIC Systems and TDS. There are five golf courses a short drive from the hotel.

Those who have stayed at this Fairfield Inn say the price is right and the staff extremely efficient and friendly. Many clients were impressed with the clean, comfortable rooms and said the complimentary breakfast, with the Jimmy Dean sandwich, made a great start to the day. The location, next to the Greenway Station Shopping Center, was a plus factor for many former clients. There some complaints about noise from the nearby Interstate but most clients said they would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others.
