Good for staying a short time or for business. Room was clean, smelled nice, and good shower pressure.

Easy access to get to, spaced out the guests, housekeeping did not on the door early in the morning like most hotels - very nice.

No refrigerator, which helps with kids and no microwave - just in the lobby.

Located three miles from the University of Wisconsin, Comfort Inn Menomonie-Stout makes a great spot for those visiting kids studying in the area. If traveling with family, it might be a good idea to visit Hoffman Hills State Recreation Area and Lake Menomin. Hikers will love to try Red Cedar State Trail. The hotel is also centrally located near downtown where guests have quick access to banks and offices. Breakfast is free every morning at this hotel. If feeling hungry between meals, you can stop by the grocery stores next door. Its grounds are made up of many open spaces with grass everywhere allowing wonderful opportunities for a picnic as well as barbeque areas if you feel like grilling some meat. For lounging about the inn includes an outside sun deck with tables and chairs.

The rooms are large, comfortable, well decorated and the entire place is very clean. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Pool is nice and big. Nice breakfast offered at restaurant.
