Once we arrived, staff was gracious, and we've never seen such a variety on a free breakfast bar, it was great. Very clean, great location. A big 10.

Staff was excellent, breakfast bar was best I have ever seen.

Negative experience when I phoned hotel to request room with 2 double beds.

It was better than we expected. The landscaping was very nice and the staff was even nicer. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was not outstanding but it was very good.

The computer room with fast internet access was great.

It was difficult to drive to and from the main highway, Washington St.

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Madison-East, Wisconsin to my family and friends. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and has a lot of food choices. The guest rooms are beautiful and up to date. There are many amenities such as a big screen television and everything works great. The rooms have beautiful dark wood furniture. The beds are comfortable and soft and have lots of pillows. The bathrooms are big and immaculate. The lobby is very nice and modern. There are many restaurants and places to shop in the area. This hotel is only minutes from everything in Madison.
