It was great! Very comfortable beds. The front desk and the cook were both very pleasant. I loved the fact that I got a complimentary breakfast. It was just my mom and I this time, but if I happen to have a larger group I will definitely think of Baymont first due to their spacious rooms and free breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, people who work there are very nice, and it was close to the mall.

The bathroom needed a conditioner, it only had shampoo, and it needed to be swept better.

Big suites with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room to spread out. For what little time we were in the room it was very comfortable. All the comforts of home. Staff is very friendly. We have stayed in more luxurious (& more expensive) suites with alot less room. We will be back! Keep it simple, clean, friendly and you don't need to change a thing.

Large & comfortable room. Nicely maintained. Everything we needed was there.

No balcony or outdoor exposure areas. Not fancy, but very accommodating.

Very nice place. We'd like to stay there again on our next visit to Madison.

We liked having a couch and refrigerator available in the room.

It would be nice if breakfast were available later than 9 a.m., since we are night owls.

This Best in a convenient location offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reasonably priced hotel measured up to many guests expectations. They praised clean and comfortable rooms with modern amenities- stoves, fridges, microwaves etc, cozy beds, YMCA facilities, business conveniences, free breakfast and polite staff. However, some visitors complained about limited television channels, dirty bedding, smoke smell in non-smoking accommodation(s), lack of toiletries, substandard breakfast, and poor customer service.
