The stay was great I do feel price was to high for room 192 including all taxes.

The Front Service desk very friendly and helpful.

The outside noise clearly can be heard inside of the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds a bit too hard and towels too small. But overall for the price a good place to stay.

They were very accommodating to allow me to extend my stay without issue.

It could use some updating. There is a smell.

Nice place for a night or two. Friendly staff and dining was better than most restaurants and priced reasonably. Entertainment offered and many apparent activities for guests.

The pet-friendly Holiday Inn Green Bay City Centre is the only full-service riverfront hotel in Green Bay and comprises 146 rooms equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this seven-story hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, passes to the fitness center at a nearby YMCA, a morning newspaper, in-room tea and coffee and parking. Area landmarks and attractions include Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, the Bay Beach Amusement Field, the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, the Resch Center, Oneida Casino, the University of Wisconsin, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, St. Mary's Hospital, the Green Bay Eye Clinic and shopping at the Bay Park Square Mall.

This is not the most popular hotel in Green Bay but we give it the YES rating thanks to its friendly and responsive staff and its good location on the east bank of the Fox River. Several clients said this was an older hotel and some items, particularly the plumbing, were in need of modernization. Some clients thought they paid too much while others were happy and said they would use this Holiday Inn on future visits to the area.
