It is the attractive rates that bring visitors to this Appleton motel and most say the property offers great value. The location is good, close to downtown, and the employees are praised for being polite and taking care of problems promptly. Be warned: The hotel has an outdoor pool and Appleton is not the place of year-round swimming. Despite this minor hiccup most clients say they will use this inn again and will recommend it to others.
