Good place, walking distance from downtown. Run down a little and the pool is very small and outside.

Great, with the exception of somebody else's cookies had not been swept from under the bed. A minor detail, because everything else made up for that.

The people at the front desk were very, very kind.

Fairfield in Charleston, we were close to the downtown location I was visiting. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good. It was close to an interstate highway on ramp. I would stay there again if I had the chance and would recommend it to my friends. My initial reason for choosing this hotel was its provision of internet access. By far it was eclipsed by everything else.

It was clean and comfortable.

Room was very cold when I arrived, but I remedied that quickly - not a real problem, some of the TV channels were "snowy" and not clear.

The beautiful Fairfield Inn by Marriott Charleston is an entirely smoke free hotel. Conveniently located near regional airports, local businesses and historic attractions, this Charleston, West Virginia hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting West Virginia State Capitol Complex, shopping or dining at the Charleston Town Center Mall, or spending a day at the Tri State Racetrack and Gaming Center. Previous guests at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Charleston have reported that the rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable. Guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts, and were pleasantly surprised to have so many options to choose from. Visitors reported easy check in and check out and found that the hotel staff were receptive to their needs for things like extra towels and extra blankets.
