The service in the restaurant was HORRIFIBLE!! The waiter that I had was rude and very unattentive. There was a number to call for comments, but I could not reach anyone. Also there was no operator after 8 at night when I tried to scheulde a wake up call. ( 100 words is only the beginning of my thoughts)

Was unable to stay at the hotel. I was there for the tim mcgraw and faith hill concert. The concert was cancelled. I was able to get a refund with no hassel, and I left.

Lucy and I were on our way to D.C. from the Lou. We needed a place to stay that was pet freindly and didn't make you stay in a smoking room. When we checked in mothers w/ their babies ran with fear of my dango. The room's balcony wouldn't open enough to allow Lucy to perch; like at home on hers. The food was great and the room was comfy. We were full and well rested when we resumed our trip.

Hot tub and pool down the whole time I was there ( pool was leaking from the 3rd floor down to the lobby ) Asked for rate adjustment because of this and was refused.

THIS IS OUR 2ND VISIT TO THIS HOTEL. MOVIE, MALL, MUSEUM EVERYTHING IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. FOOD IS WONDEFUL AT THE HOTEL. INDOOR POOL, FITNESS IS KEPT UP TO STANDARDS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BED IS LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD. FREE PARKING. STAFF IS EFFICENT, INFORMATIVE, FRIENDLY AND FOR $ WITH BREAKFAST YOU CAN?T BEAT THAT. THIS IS A MODEL ESTABLISHMENT THAT OTHER HOTELS NEED TO LEARN FROM.
