Easy check-in/check-out; comfortable room & beds; well monitored/stocked breakfast bar; elevator a little run down looking; overall a very good stay.

Great experience - Make sure you call the hotel for directions as they send you entirely wrong on places like map quest, GPS etc & the wrong place is a very bad part of town. Right directions are very easy.

Visitors to Beckley were much impressed with this Fairfield Inn. The welcoming smell and taste of fresh baked cookies at check-in made a great start. The cheerful crew of employees made every effort to insure everyone had a good stay. The rates were reasonable and the rooms clean and comfortable. Most guests say they definitely stay here again and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
