Several travelers to Beckley said this was an above average Courtyard with a very helpful team of employees full of information to help out-of-towners enjoy their stay. Many enjoyed the spool and spa after a day of skiing and said they would use this hotel on future visits to the area. Smokers beware: Customers who smoked on their balcony found a $250 charge on their bill.
