Nice clean comfortable room with nice linens. a bit crowded in the sink area with coffee pot etc. Breakfast bar was always out of food. Housekeeping not honest about finding lost article. A bit overpriced. Man at front desk very helpful. overall, would probably stay here again.

Nice beds and linens, nice hot tub and pool, roll-a-bed provided as promised. coffee in room.

My son left a brand new pair of shorts there that he wore to the hot tub. I called and housekeeping claimed the did not find them.

Have problems with floor and paint peeling. Front desk had problems coding keys.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the separate little room for internet access. Wish they would provide a comfortable area outside for smokers’ that is protected from the weather. More attention needs to be placed on the clean-up in the dining area after breakfast is served. The floor wasn't swept.

Near to downtown Yakima.

Bed was too hard. Had very sore shoulders.

This Holiday Inn Express more than exceeded many guests expectations. The location is good, one block from the Yakima Convention Center, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The cheerful crew of employees was praised for its efficiency and friendliness. Other plus points were the reasonable rates, two pleasant swimming pools and a complimentary breakfast that made a great start to a Washington morning.
