The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Seattle South Center is only blocks from the SeaTac Airport and provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel operates a complementary shuttle to the airport. Other items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from downtown Seattle with its numerous attractions including the Space Needle, museums, restaurants, sports arenas and water excursions. There are three meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 40 guests.

Quiet, convenient, comfortable and clean – that sums up the opinion of many clients to this Courtyard. All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a large work desk, ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. Some rooms have the added benefit of a microwave oven.

The Courtyard Café is only open for breakfast but there are numerous restaurants nearby including Simply Thai, the Aztec Mexican Restaurant, a Cheesecake Factory and an Outback Steakhouse. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel and information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include a coin-operated laundry, copy and fax services, an ATM, valet dry-cleaning and vending machines.

From Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) 2.5 miles: Exit the airport following the sings to FWY #518 East. Take SouthCenter Parkway exit (approximately 1/2 mile). At stop sign turn right onto Klickitat Drive and continue to second stop light. Turn right at stop light onto Southcenter Parkway and merge immediately into the left lane. Turn left at the light onto Strander Boulevard. Continue straight on Strander Boulevard until the second stop light. Turn right on Andover Park West, and the hotel is located one block south on your left.
