The Staff was extremely helpful in directing us to good restaurants and the hotel Driver was very attentive to our needs. Their first suggestion of restaurants was the hotel restaurant.

I came to this hotel because the next morning i had to get up at 4:00am to go to Walt Disney World, and they would not let me out of the lobby!!!! When I got to Walt disney world in Florida, I was why more pleased!!

The restaurant was in total disarray. The general manager finally came out and picked up the tab for everybody's meals and drinks. The service was non-existent and the food was ill-prepared and cold.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this Holiday Inn -- very nice room decor, staff was helpful and friendly, food in dining room was good (and meals were free for my 9 year-old). I would gladly recommend this hotel for the quality and value.

This hotel beat my image of what a Holiday Inn is like (based on the one in my town). Rooms had very nice decor, food was good (children eat free) and service was excellent, including a newspaper outside our door each morning. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a very nice, clean hotel. Service was excellent. Very nice and friendly. My next trip to Spokane I will be staying here.

Everyone working here always had a smile on their face. Very pleasant people. The hotel was was very clean and kept well. The resturaunt in the hotel "Peppers" had great breakfast 2 days in a row~ but there was a server that talks too much. We just wanted to eat bfast, not chitchat with the waitress! Overall the experience was good.
