Overall, recent guests to the Holiday Inn Spokane enjoyed the upscale atmosphere of the hotel. The bedding and furnishings were comfortable, and the food service was good. There were some minor issues with staff not getting on issues as soon as expected, including towels missing from the pool area for several hours, and spotty housekeeping during longer stays. A major issue noted by more than one guest however was a problem with location. After leaving the hotel, it was difficult for most guests to find their way back to major roadways. Amenities offered

Services begin with complimentary airport shuttle service to the hotel, and free parking, including for buses and big rigs. Park and Fly options are also available for up to two week stays. Kids eat free at Peppers Grill and Bar, the on-site restaurant, serving all three meals. Room service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but there are various shops and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Guest will enjoy the 24-hour fitness room with treadmills, bikes, weight and elliptical machines. It's right next door to the indoor pool and whirlpool facilities. Business travelers can take advantage of a wide variety of services, including copying, e-mail, internet service, fax, and available computer.
