The 36-room Rodeway Inn Spokane is a short drive from Gonzaga University and provides no-frills accommodation for the budget-minded business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a continental breakfast, a morning newspaper and parking. The inn is in the heart of the city’s arts district and is close to the Metropolitan Performing Arts Center, the Fox Theater, Spokane Convention Center and the INB Performing Arts Center. The property is seven miles from Spokane’s International Airport. Other area landmarks and attractions include Meadowood Golf Course, Ag Trade Center, Whitworth University, Spokane Opera House, the Sacred Heart Medical Center, Riverfront Park site of the 1974 Worlds Fair, Manito Park and shopping at NorthTown Mall.

This may not be the greatest inn in Spokane but it does have some very affordable rates and well equipped rooms. The furniture may not match but most guests said their rooms were clean and they would stay here again. The location is ideal if you are here for a concert at the Big Easy – the concert house is across the street – and you are within walking distance of shops and cocktail lounges. Several clients were unhappy with the neighborhood while others said they could accept that thanks to the low rates.
