You can check in and out in a total of 2 minutes flat. The rooms are clean, but have been heavily smoked in.

A pleasant surprise to see this hotel at a good price in downtown Spokane. The rooms had microwave and mini fridge, and a comfortable bed. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor (rooms with a 200 number) and the stairs are steep, with uneven spacing - some steps are a short distance, some are further. Could cause some falls if not aware!
The continental breakfast, with waffle maker, was included.
The stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors have strange steps.

Our 16 year old daughter was in the hospital & passed way the staff at the hotel were very kind & understanding. I thank you & them for having the price line available other our stay in Spokane would have been even worse. We did not need to worry about where we could afford to stay.
Everyone was happy & friendly.

All the rooms have a work desk. an IDD telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, television with cable news and movie channels, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Some rooms have Internet access. Non-smoking rooms and suites are available.

The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and can assist with fax and copying needs. Other amenities include a guest laundry and ice and vending machines. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here. The Steam Plant Grill and Quinn’s adjoin the property. Other restaurants nearby include an IHOP, a Red Robin, McDonalds and an Old Spaghetti Factory.

This may not be the greatest inn in Spokane but it does have some very affordable rates and well equipped rooms. The furniture may not match but most guests said their rooms were clean and they would stay here again. The location is ideal if you are here for a concert at the Big Easy – the concert house is across the street – and you are within walking distance of shops and cocktail lounges. Several clients were unhappy with the neighborhood while others said they could accept that thanks to the low rates. The cheerful team of employees had lots of information about the nearby entertainment district and good advice on sightseeing and shopping.
