Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had out side sink area, nice for three women traveling together. Inside pool, small but if it hadn't been so full of small children I would have used it.

Casey at the front desk when we checked in! She was wonderful.

Small, tightly packed elevator system and hallways.

We thought this hotel way outclassed Super 8, Motel 6, and that kind. It was very comfortable and they made you feel welcome.

The front desk girl was so helpful and friendly.

I had a nice quite suite with 2 TV's, microwave, fridge, coffee, couch, King size bed. The motel has an attractive lobby with nachos and cookies in the evening. Hot and cold continental breakfast in the morning. There appears to be plenty of staff to handle everything going on. Staff was friendly.

Location, large suite, evening snacks in lobby, nice continental breakfast, nice lobby, close to dining.

Parking lot shared with bar/lounge next door, did not pose a problem.

This is a super Holiday Inn Express with top service and excellent, well equipped rooms that are squeaky clean with very comfortable beds. These are the views of those who have stayed at this hotel and rate the property as the best place to stay in Spokane. The cheerful crew of employees gets top marks for its knowledge of the area and for taking care of problems promptly and with a smile. The location is great close to shops and restaurants and a short drive from downtown Spokane. Those who paid a little more for a Jacuzzi suite said it was money well spent.
