I stayed overnight to make an early morning flight from Spokane and was very pleased the shuttle started so early in the morning. For the short time I was there all my needs were met.

I was here with a group for an event. The food was wonderful, great buffet for parties! Very clean! Wonderful catering department. They made our event easy and memorable! Everyone is friendly, parking is a breeze and the close proximity to the airport made it a great place for us to stay. The water park is great!

Breakfast was bad. No bottled water. Water slide hardly open. The hours of operation were very limited, not posted, and the staff didn't quite tell you with accuracy when it would be open. Internet access for a fee was tedious, time-consuming, and very limited without a mouse. Hair dryer wasn't working and they never brought me another one. I unknowingly clicked on a movie for purchase and they wouldn't take it off my bill.

This place is so dirty that I felt I needed to live in a plastic bag the entire time I was there.

We were told that the pool would be closed from 12noon to 5pm on Saturday and ended our swimming at 12noon. When I called the desk later to complain I was told the pool was open but the water slide was closed. No apology given. The room was for two adults we were given only two bath towels.

The beef steak in the restaurant did not taste like beef. Hot rolls were served but no butter, not even after waitress said she forgot it but would get it. The price of a dinner time cocktail seems quite high to me. I brought these matters to the attention of the people working at the desk, but do not know if they were communicated to the restaurant people.

If you need close access to Spokane Airport - this hotel is great! Nice indoor and outdoor pool - very clean. Rooms were VERY nice - clean. Hotel personnel very friendly.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, Very quiet, comfortable, friendly. Parking Spendy. They told us it would have been only $5.00 If we had booked our stay with them on the phone or on their own web page. However, since we had booked our stay online they would have to charge us $42.00 for that week of parking. We passed on thier outrageous rates, parked our car at the airport for only "$7.00 Per day" a lot cheaper.

Will not stay at another Ramada again! We are seniors. We had to push heavy luggage up winding stairs. No vending machines on our floor. Bedspreads didn't cover the mattress. Shabby rooms but clean. We felt like second rate people. Registration desk personnel were not friendly and could not even smile or look at you.Room lighting was so bad I could not read a book. No ventilation in bathroom.

I can't say enough terrific things about they way I was treated. From check-in to check-out I was treated like a guest. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the service terrific. Will stay again and recommend to others. My Dachshund was also treated with respect and he acted like the gentleman he is.

The indoor water park was fantastic!Food was great and location of 250 feet from the airport was unbelievable!
