The staff was exceptionally helpful during my stay and while I was trying to return to Spokane. I had a great deal of airline travel trouble and they were very helpful with easing my mind about my being picked up at the airport and rearanging my reservations. Patricia was very understanding and left me feeling secure that my arrival in Spokane would be the smoothest part of my trip.
Missed breakfast, but great nights sleep - posted on 05/22/2007
The rooms had new mattresses and new t.v's, looks like they are remodeling. Breakfast ended at 9, we slept in, so we missed breakfast.
Happy to Leave - posted on 01/12/2007
We arrived @ midnight to a freezing cold room. Consequently the mattress was freezing cold and it took us 2 hours to warm up enough to go to sleep. The granite countertops were over-kill for an otherwise shabby room. The linens were "see-through" thin, the toilet seat had cracks all over (makes you wonder how it can be sanitized), plaster walls were cracked, there was mildew around bathtub. The side of the box spring was so dirty with smears of something on it. Disgusting. I will never stay there again. We didn't even have a coffee before we left, we were just so happy to leave.
7-1 Hotel Review - posted on 07/06/2006
I like the layout of the hotel, but the bedding is burnt, and the furniture is stained. You could make it a little cleaner, or buy some new comforters for the beds and some new chairs and it would increase the coziness of the rooms. I would come more often...
Adequate - posted on 07/01/2005
Everything was adequate, inexpensive lodging. Good access for the airport or west Spokane. Room decor is dated, but it was functional. Access road is unusual, but very handy. The arboretum and western parklands are nearby, downtown is a long walk or short drive.
