The Best Western was great, it was very clean, the rooms were big and it was so close to the GEG airport as well as the highway. My husband & brother in-law loved the fact that the pool & hot tub area was open 24 hours.

This is a nice hotel. We really liked the shuttle service to the casino. I would give the hotel a 4.

The hotel rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We stayed as leaving from Spokane early the next am. Would reccommend for a stop over. Friendly staff and nice Denny's next to hotel. Accepts small pets.

The room was ice cold. The heater was off and the outside air temp. was 5 degrees. It took all night to even take the chill off. The bed was the most uncomfortable and hard. I would not wish this hotel on anybody. I have stayed a several Best westerns. I will not stay at this one ever again. The person at the front desk was very unfriendly; did not even make eye contact with us. You would think being by an airport where business people and families come through that they would have the heat on at least.

We booked this hotel for close proximity to airport. Hotel was being renovated and there was a strong smell of paint. On arriving we changed into out bathing suits to take advantage of the spa facilities. The front desk couldn't give me change of $20 for the vending machine,and I was directed across the road to the gas station. It was raining and I was in my swim suit. Finally, when arriving at reception in the morning for my 6am flight, I was told that there were no bagged breakfasts. Not good for an airport hotel.

Our gymnastics group needed a place to stay near the airport.It was great big enough for all the girls & parents, I believe we had 6-rooms.All parents and children loved it.The early flight back to Hawaii,we didn't like.Would definitely stay here again, if the price was right.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. They let me check in early and the room was nice (lots of pillows). Limited parking, but easy to find from interstate. I will stay here again in the future.

My positive comments on this hotel are as follows: VERY clean and easy freeway access. My negative comments are as follows: VERY thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. The breakfast buffet is just so so, with not much variety, and they ran out of food before we got to eat. If you bring your ear plugs, then I guess this hotel will suit you fine since there's a restaurant right next door for breakfast!

Staff helpful and attentive, rooms clean and in good shape. Close to the airport with a shuttle driven by nice people. We travel often I wish we found more hotels like this. Ahh the comp. breakfast is great for the money.
