Helpful staff, friendly greeting, decent breakfast bar, right off the highway; so it was easy to find. Overall, a good experience.

Pool, free parking and free breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Allowed smoking in pool area and alcohol. Not a child friendly environment.

The quality inn is a great place to stay when coming to Spokane. The location along interstate 90 made getting around very easy. Also, it is near division street, a major north-south arterial in the city. Very convenient for business, and would also be great for a shopping weekend. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and friendly, and accommodating to the needs of their guests.

I enjoyed the staff that was courteous, helpful and friendly - very refreshing!

I can't think of anything here - the hotel definitely met my expectations.

I think the service was exceptional, the food was very good. The location was just what I needed. I was a little Leary because of a rating I read. Someone said they were on the freeway side, and the noise was bad, they couldn't sleep. I was on that side, and had no trouble what so ever. They must have left the window open! I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The 150-room Quality Inn Downtown is in the center of Spokanes medical district and provides affordable quality accommodation for both business and leisure traveler.
