I was most impressed with their customer service. Every single staff member greeted us as we walked through. The hotel is very clean and very up to date. I loved it!

The Marriott at the waterfront is a great hotel. It is located right in the heart of the waterfront in the downtown Seattle area. The indoor/outdoor pool and Jacuzzi are small but fun. I took 4 teenage girls on new years eve and they had a blast! Great hotel all around.

I thought the lobby was just gorgeous.

Liked everything.

Excellent location, great looking lobby area, and restaurants. Most of the times staff seemed very supportive and pleasant.

Beds were great, and the hotel lobby was very attractive.

Communication between front desk and other areas of the hotel that provided service seemed deficient.

This property is all Marriott style and "class" and is one of the few hotels on Seattle's scenic Puget Sound waterfront. Many water view rooms available. Visitors can enjoy harbor sights and see the State's super ferries glide in an out of the nearby terminal. Many fine restaurants are steps away and other popular destinations such as Pier 70, Pier 66 Cruise Terminal (Celebrity & Norwegian Lines) with marina, and Pike Place Market are within walking distance. Once refurbished, guests can enjoy big name outdoor concerts at Summer Nights at the Pier, virtually located across the street.

Fifty percent of the rooms have outdoor balconies to enjoy the views and salt air. Bedding is Marriott's "Revive" luxurious trademark quality. Rooms have CD players, high speed Internet throughout, Coffee makers with Starbuck's brand and large size bathrooms including spacious countertops and Marriott's new showerheads with round rods. King bed, double queens, junior suites with separate parlors are among room choices. Extra service is provided at the Concierge level rooms.
