Okay place. Would not move us to a non smoking room without us paying an additional $65. Other than that it was okay.

Smokers' room, TV did not work on the channel I wish to watch.

I was there for medical treatment a U of W and would have preferred a hotel closer. However the staff went out of their way to make every effort to make our stay more comfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Quiet, comfortable room. Nice blankets, sheets, pillows, shower, etc.. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff (maids & front desk), nice breakfast & breakfast room, free USA Today, easy parking.

Slow elevator.

The road may be busy outside but many visitors to this Holiday Inn Express found the hotel quiet and comfortable. There were good reviews about an attentive and efficient team of employees. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The drive to downtown Seattle can take 10 minutes, outside of rush hour. Thanks to the reasonable rates many clients say they will stay at this hotel again and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
