The bathrooms are wonderful & very rarely this nice; the warm woods and colors are comforting & peaceful; the lobby & staff are pleasant and unpretentious; the bar serves a mean martini (excellent!); the bed is deliciously comfortable ... the only downers were the metal tables in the rooms and the overly expensive valet parking. Minor, when compared to those bathrooms!Deeply discounted for government employees and Active Duty - book on the hotel's website.

Beautiful, large room and bathroom. Great location with so much within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, from parking to front desk to cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay, the friendliness of the staff and the complimentary beginning dish we received while dining a Chandlers.

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and beauty of the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The decorators really designed the room to be pleasing in colors, decorating, bathroom set-up, comfort, great bedding. I used to think it didn't matter what kind of hotel one stayed in since we only slept there after a long busy day, but I am rethinking that a great hotel is part of a great trip.

I was completely amazed by how beautiful and clean the rooms were. The room surpassed my expectations by far. The bathrooms were so clean and large. I am normally a shower person but was definitely drawn to the beautiful tub. The service was amazing. Very friendly and prompt. I will stay here again. Its worth the bit extra you pay.

THIS HOTEL IS JUST WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY. IT ALSO HAS A RUTH CHRIS RESTAURANT THAT SERVES BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER. THE ONLY REAL DOWNSIDE IS THE $32 PER NITE PARKING CHARGE, BUT NOT A SHOW STOPPER.

Used Gold Passport Points for this stay and couldn't be happier. This is a great hotel, close to everything, great staff and dining. Rooms great, bathroom exquisite. As hotels go, this one is hard to beat.

Luxurious rooms, friendly staff, great location. If only I could get cell phone service (and wireless) in the meeting rooms!

I'm a hotel snob and like things to look a certain way and this hotel exceeded my expectaions. Beautiful bathrooms. Fabulous light fixtures. Within easy walking distance of all the downtown attractions. A bed so comfy we came home and bought a new mattress! Ruth's Chris Steakhouse located in the hotel lobby was the best dinning experience and the service was outstanding! Take it from a hotel snob this place is worth it. All staff members we interacted with were super friendly. I know it's hard to make a choice but trust me look no further.

Very comfortable, modern room, nice bathroom with excellent shower, very friendly service! Note: you can self-park in the same parking lot as the valet lot for $11 less per day.

Expecting the best and getting it often don't match. The Grand Hyatt has the location, amenities, rooms and staff to make a visit memorable to a great city! Nothing but the best!

The rooms have a lot of nice features: remotely operated shades, doorbells & do-not-disturb buttons, huge, elegant bathrooms, great views and attractive decor. Great location too.
