Hotel and staff were great; valet service however was so awful it makes me not want to return to the hotel.

The view was amazing.

Valet staff was awful, terrible really; we received our car back damaged.

The Grand Hyatt tries to be about luxury, when instead I think it's more about upscale conference business. It might be a nice treat for somebody wanting to stay in the city for a special occasion, but on an everyday basis is too expensive to be accessible to the common traveler.

A wonderful deep soaking bathtub in addition to shower.

No 2-bed rooms available, only kings.

The Grand Hyatt Seattle is one of the newer properties adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center. Located in the "Center" of it all near world class shopping, theater productions at the Paramount, 5th Avenue and ACT Theaters and many famous Seattle attractions such as the Space Needle, The Monorail, Pike Place Market, and Pioneer Square.
