Very enjoyable stay even though it was only 1 night. Good value. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Great Getaway - posted on 05/08/2007

We love going to this hotel! It's close to the airport for early departures or late arrivals. This time, we used it because of its vicinity to downtown Seattle (10 miles or so) and wanted a mini-vacation. The beds are newer pillow-top, the rooms are huge with bay windows walls. The hotel is just across the street from the airport, but you can't hear the flight noise!

Before I made reservations, I really reviewed all the hotels. This was Nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The room was nice. The hotel is older, so the bathrooms aren't as big and modern as some I've seen but I would use again and reccomend. The room was a nice size and clean. The price did go up when I made the reservation but stayed anyways after reading other hotel reviews. wasn't unhappy with choice.

Always a pleasure - posted on 04/29/2006

We have stayed at this hotel several times a year, and have never been inconvenienced, or disappointed. Staff is always efficient and friendly. There's a cute little grassy area in front of the hotel for pets. Rooms are clean and smell nice. Room service is fast and food is decent. The staff (especially the day manager) is genuinly professional. Free shuttles to the airport are available.

Good Location - posted on 08/28/2005

This hotel is located in central downtown area of SEA. Easy access to most forms of entertainment and dining. Very close to the market square and access to sea ferries. The rooms are a little pricey...more so than necessary. The rooms are small and the furniture is classic right out of the 70's. The views from the hotel are great and the local shopping is outstanding. Watch out for street bums and beggars in the local area. Oh, and you won't have to walk far to find a Starbuck's.

Not coming back - posted on 08/21/2005

We thought the check-in was fast and the room was awsome, but we were awakened around eight am by the maids yelling to each other in the halls, so we got up and went down stairs to the restaurant. What a bad experience - we waited to be seated 15 minutes due to all the tables being cluttered with the last customers dishes. We were served water, then waited over a half an hour for service, then got up and left. After the total experience we will not stay at this Red Lion Hotel again

My experience... - posted on 04/14/2005

I was forced to stay in this lousy excuse for a hotel due a flight delay. I looked at 3 rooms just to find one remotely clean...
