I liked this hotel. It was located close to family and convenient for other family members to reach from the highway. I thought that the room was homey and inviting. I would definitely return.

I liked the room, especially the window area.

The hotel is quite nice for business travelers or couples traveling leisurely. The decor is nice, and it is comfortable. However, it isn't family friendly-only in that it really has nothing to appeal to small children.

The beds were comfortable and the decor was attractive.

I don't think that parking should be an additional cost.

The recently remodeled and renamed Hotel DECA describes itself as a "Boutique Hotel." Its 16 stories, art deco styling, graces the U-District (University of Washington. The "Ave" nearby and the district a vibrant mix of youth, unique stores, restaurants, art houses and theaters. Travel a few blocks south to Lake Union or a mile or two east to Lake Washington or west to Puget Sound and Woodland Park Zoo from this property. Catch a UW Husky Game at the Stadium or enjoy upscale shopping at University Village. Don't leave without trying a Dick's Burger or spending some time at the Blue Moon Tavern. Driving? Get a real value with this property that gives you complimentary parking.

It is great to see one of the few examples of the Art Deco style built and maintained in Seattle. With this hotel's proximity to the University of Washington, a city of over 35,000 students, there is unparalleled energy, cultural, educational, recreational opportunities at your doorstep.
