About the Marqueen Hotel

This stylish Queen Anne location could be your home away from home (the building used to be a 1918 apartment complex). With Cafe Ladro Espresso and bakery at your doorstep, the in-house Spa and Salon Intermezzo Piccolo, and Mercer Ten all located within the same structure, you don't have to venture far for special treats. Thespians will find McCaw Hall (Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet) Seattle Rep, as well as award-winning Intiman Theater, Rock & Pop Lovers the Experience Music Project (EMP) and the plain curious Pacific Science Center at walking distance. The Marqueen Hotel, is an excellent starting point to investigate the rest of the city. Although, with a multitude of eclectic restaurant choices for each meal of the day within a 100 yard radius from the hotel, you may be enticed you to stay in one neighborhood. Expect broadband high speed internet connections, honor bars, terry robes, soft towels, and premium cable television. Rooms especially designed for patrons with disabilities are located on the first floor. All windows open.

At the Marqueen you may start your day with your own complimentary newspaper (on weekdays), and Torrefazione coffee brewing in your room, or a visit to Caffe Ladro Espresso and Bakery down the hall on your slippers or on your overnight shined shoes. Greasy spoon afficionados will find two excellent specimen minutes away from the front door (Cafe Mecca serves healthy buckwheat pancakes!). You'll have two phones per room with data ports and voice mail messaging. Honor bars are present in all rooms. If you suffer from allergies, hardwood floors with area rugs make life a whole lot easier. The Marqueen's complimentary courtesy van service will drop you off within the immediate area.
