This is a nice hotel. I was in Seattle for medical reasons and the beds were great.

Pulled out desk chair to find somebody's jeans on seat. Forced to listen to hours of the drag racing channel through the room connecting door instead of sleep. No hot water. Shuttle driver surfed internet for 15 minutes on lobby computer while we waited then left without us. All this for $$. Would have had a better night by sleeping in the rental car.

The staff is top-notch; very friendly and helpful. I left my swimsuit; they returned it immediately. Highly recommend for the money.

My kids and I found this hotel to be an excellent value near the airport. It was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast even included bake-your-own waffles. My grandsons enjoyed the pool, and the adults enjoyed the fitness center and the hot tub. I would recommend it for convenience and comfort before or after a flight.

We must compliment the entire staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was sufficient as we stayed overnight and found it to be very clean and orderly. The Housekeeping staff is very honest, my wife forgot her special bracelet and it was returned intact. We recommend this hotel very highly.

Our stay was most pleasant: comfortable bed, soft pillows, quiet. The staff was very accommodating. We turned in our car on Friday night and we were picked up that evening by courier who was a nice, clean-cut young man. I especially liked the shuttles running every half hour to take guests to the airport. Again, the driver was courteous, did not have the radio blasting, and, above all was a good driver and did not take corners on two wheels like some airport couriers do. We would most definitely stay with you again and will recommend your hotel to others traveling.

The desk was quick with the check-in and able to recommend an excellent dinner restaurant. The hotel bill was provided under my door before 5am, eliminating the need to check out.. perfect. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected and again provided by 5am which eliminated our need to hurry before leaving at 5:45am.

We did not have a good stay, we both received several flee bites. The person in the room next to us had him TV on all night, which kept us from a good nights sleep. We called the front desk at 2:00am and got no responce in 20 rings. The hotel did credit our account in full. i will think twice before staying there again.
