The hotel was very nice but the staff, front desk, bellhop and car jockey, are why we rated the hotel with such high marks.

While I only had one night in Seattle, the young woman working the front desk recognized I was jet lagged and without any request from me, made sure I had a room with arguably the finest view of the city available. I felt appreciated and well taken care of as a guest. I should also note every staff member I met was helpful, kind and positive. Easily one of the best experiences in a hotel I've ever had.

Excellent, customer friendly service, a true value and excellent view.

My stay was perfect, job well done.

I am upset to be so gouged for parking. You folks should have a way to sort out hotels with way too high prices for parking. Almost half what I paid for the room. I'm still mad! A person who bids for their room will not appreciate this surprise! Liked the room and the staff, but you f****d me on the parking and I will remember.

The staff was friendly and professional.

No free parking $34 you folks should have warned me.

This is a wonderful hotel with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. Those who have stayed here say the rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. There were good reviews about the professional and polite team of workers who were full of helpful hints to insure new comers to town had a good stay. The only downside was the high prices especially if you brought your car. Despite this many guests had no problem recommending this hotel to others and planned to stay here themselves on future visits to Seattle.
