Poor customer service - posted on 02/28/2007
Although normal rooms were available, we were issued a room for disabled customers, which did not have a bathtub, was smaller than a normal room, and was next to the elevator. The bathroom was a dissappointment - - I prefer bathtubs with normal shower provisions. The hotel could not explain why we were given this room nor would do anything about our displeasure.

I just got back from a 2 night stay. It is worth the extra $20 to guarantee the view. I was looking right at the Space Needle. The deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't dine on premise but it looked good. The front desk was very friendly and hospitable. Location is great- you can walk to all the major attractions in the downtown area. The only drawback was the exercise equipment. It was a little sub par and the treadmill powered off while in use, but otherwise this was one of my more pleasant travelling experiences, and I think the hotel played a big role.
my favorite getaway - posted on 01/22/2007
I have stayed at the Warwick many times as well as other Seattle Hotels and find it my favorite...its cozy friendly atmosophere makes you feel at home...all the staff are great...and the room service (food) is excellent...I like to stay in town when I have tickets for a special theatre event and your valet service to the event makes it simple and uncomplicated...I park my car in the garage and forget it..the rooms are tastefully decorated and I really enjoy the open balcony and wonderful views...
Nice Affordable Comfort - posted on 12/31/2006
Ideally located on the edge of the downtown core in walking distance of all major attractions. Very nice rooms that were clean and very comfortable. Would definitelty return. One negative was the price of parking which seems a bit high.
VERY GOOD ! - posted on 11/13/2006
the room was beautiful and clean. the staff was very helpful in everything we needed. the housekeeping was out standing. they even helped us with tours.

This is one of the best places to stay for the location. We stayed 4 days and walked everywhere we needed to go. Not as updated as advertised but still nice. Rooms were adequate. The staff was slightly standoffish; not rude but not as friendly as other places. The restaurant is way too pricey. Eat elsewhere. All in all a good place to stay and we will stay there again.
Wireless in Seattle - posted on 11/02/2006
Overall this is a good place to stay. Location is good, the bar/resturant is good, we had a good view of the Space Needle. I think today alot of travelers expect some kind of internet connection they can make in their room. This hotel charges $10 / day for a wireless pass code to connect to the internet. I think that is old school and I would probably look for some place else in that area of town if everything else was equal. By the way after I paid for the connection, the system crashed and I was refunded my money. Even the SEA airport charges for internet in the terminal.

Had a great time in Seattle. The Warwick was a nice hotel, staff was great but the restaraunt was a bit slow. Paking was a bit spendy at $21 a day. It is well within walking distance of all in City. The city lights from our room at night were quite nice.

Very nice hotel with great service and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was brought to the room on time and the staff was very friendly
Lovely room - posted on 10/29/2006
I found the hotel to be centrally located and walkable to all sights, esp Pike Market. The rooms are lovely, if you are not looking for large rooms. The onsite restaurant was very good, but service is a bit slow. There were always friendly people at the front desk to help with directions, suggestions for dinner (with menus) and to book any tours. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel! Great location within walking distance of everything. Room was big and clean. Service was excellent.
Loved it - posted on 10/10/2006
I have to say that this hotel was spectacular. I'm not the kind of person that normally reviews things, but this is noteworthy. The hotel is located in a central location. When i went we were blocks away form Pike's market, the Space Needle Center, Central Library, and several nice resturants and coffee shops. Our room was clean and very well kept. The staff was responsive and very freindly. The resturant downstairs (that delivers) was amazing. I have to admit it was a little on the expensive side, BUT well worth it.
Good Value - posted on 10/04/2006
The Warwick, Seattle offers a good value for the money. The hotel is clean and the location is outstanding if you want to explore Downtown Seattle. The fitness center was a nice feature.
good choice! - posted on 08/25/2006
the room size is adequate, the balcony is small. All in all, it is a lovely place to stay. Most importantly, there is a coffee pot in room...who can start their day without coffee?! The price for a liter of water is a bit much...thank goodness a grocery store/deli is right across the street!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Seattle.

The only problem I encountered while at the Warwick was the In-Demand Movies were not available, there was a problem with the reception. But, the location makes up for that problem The hotel was very clean and well kept and everyone was very friendly. It was not as swanky as advertised, but a very nice hotel none the less.
Location is perfect - posted on 08/08/2006
This hotel's location was well within walking distance of Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle, great restaurants and shopping. The room was nothing special for the money. Aside from a clogged sink, it was suitable for our needs. Would not eat in the hotel restaurant again, as the service was bad and it was pricey for what you received.

Perfect location for visiting Seattle. Within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Free courtesy van within 2 miles of the hotel. Had a great view of the Space Needle. Concierge assisted with last minute tickets.
Great Location - posted on 07/20/2006
Easy walking distance to many of Seattle's attractions. For those that are further away, the bus routes are all close by and very easy to navigate (hotel staff very helpful in this area). We did have a little trouble sleeping due to the street noises (fire engines, street washers, etc.), but this is to be expected in a downtown setting. Everyone in the hotel was VERY friendly. They even gave us a vase for the lovely flowers we purchased at Pike's Market. We would definately stay there again.

Great location. Needs maintenance. Plumbing not working properly. Our room didn't get cleaned one day. Had to ask for towels, etc. Most front desk staff was good except for one woman who was actually very unhelpful.

We arrived, did not get what we reserved and was told that we could get an extra pillow and blanket and sleep on the floor. Sd layaway bed was big enuf for 2 ppl, and very comfy, it was a twin and you cld see the springs. Not comfy at all!

This is a great hotel for the price. It is located in Center City Seattle within walking distance of the Piers, Pike Place Market, West Center and the Space Needle. Staff was courteous and knowledgable. Rooms were comfortable - ours had a great view of the Spece Needle. Pool is small but great for families and the fitness room was nice. Our only complaint was having to pay an additional fee for parking when we were already paying a high price for our room.
Perfect location - posted on 04/09/2006
No need to rent a car, since everything is within walking distance. I used the finess room everyday and our children enjoyed the pool. We will come back again!

Hotel room did not have coffee pot as stated it would. When I asked personnel about it, they were rude and not helpful. I liked the area- it was within walking distance of attractions. Just the hotel staff and room was unacceptable.
Great hotel for Smokers! - posted on 01/17/2006
The Warwick's rooms are suitable for the budget-minded traveller and due to the unwritten rule that you can smoke anywhere you prefer, I was forced to move my room at 11:45pm to another location. Security could not find the source of the smoke despite me giving them a specific room number and the party going on therein.
Poor service - posted on 10/31/2005
The hotel was very nice, however our room on the second floor was apparently the last to be renovated. I could not have a coffee pot because of wiring problems, but could use a hairdyer!!! I asked for a coffee pot and was told to come downstairs to get my coffee-- the person that checked us in was very rude and was the Bell Hop. We had no ashtrays for our smoking room. However, the hotel was a good spot for coming and going downtown. The valets outside were very helpful in obtaining cab service.
Great Stay - posted on 09/29/2005
I've stayed at the Warwick twice in the past year. On my last visit I was on the 11th floor and had a wonderful view of the Space Needle. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The Warwick is located in walking distance from most downtown attractions. I enjoyed both stays very much and will return.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here. Great pool and hot tub; excellent 24 hr room service. Internet access. Close to Pike's Market and many attractions. Will stay here again!
Where's the coffe - posted on 09/02/2005
Aside from the minor maintanance issues (I thought my balcony door would fall off into traffic), and the extremely poor lighting in the rooms, the general atmosphere of the hotel was quite good, and the service was exceptional. My biggest complaint was that their were no coffe pots in the guest rooms. I've never encountered this befor, and would definately not have expected it in Seattle.

View from 11th floor was great, room pleasant, a couple minor maintenance issues, excellent service, both shuttle and advice, would stay again.

My wife and I spent a week at the Warwick. The location was just right for many of the attractions and activities in which we were interested. The staff was helpful in making reservations and providing transport when it was require. We look forward to other visits to Seattle with the Warwick as our place to stay.
