Chain: Fairmont Hotels
The Fairmont Olympic is your elegant AAA Five Diamond home away from home. In the early 1980s the Italian Renaissance building, which is listed on the Register of Historic Places and is a member of the Historic Hotels of America, underwent a major renovation. From the moment you enter the regal lobby, you will experience personal attention and service. This first rate luxury hotel has been a choice location for civic and social events since its opening in 1924. Located in the heart of Seattle, within walking distance from the Seattle Central Public Library designed by renowned Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, only blocks from Benaroya Hall home of the Seattle Symphony, The Paramount and 5th Avenue Theatre, The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is the perfect location for an urban getaway.
Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?
I highly recommend the Fairmont Hotel. I wouldn't hold it against anybody if they wouldn't leave the premises at all after entering. Tea at the Georgian, cocktails in the piano bar, dinner at Shuckers, breakfast in bed, a baguette at the lovely French Coffee shop, dinner at The Georgian, and work it all off at the gym or the swimming pool. Then a visit to Luly Yang's Boutique to pick out a delicious cocktail dress, with matching shoes and purse, pour moi, and a dinner jacket for my Beau is a must! Read our customer reviews?
