For Mother's day, we spent the weekend here and really enjoyed ourselves. The beds are the best and so is the service.

Only one minor glitch. No plastic liner in the waste basket so it was difficult to dispose of coffee grounds. Your staff is fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Great Hotel, staff was INCREDIBLE. Very attentive and very nice. Stayed the weekend for the NFL playoff game, the town car was great. Rooms were very nice.

I normally don't take time to write reviews, but this hotel deserves kudos! It is so charming, and everything about our stay was simply fantastic. We had a late arrival, and even though the dining room (The Hunt Club)was just about to close, they accomodated us, and never made us feel rushed. The food, the service, and the whole experience was "first rate." You will be glad you chose this property!

A beautiful hotel that makes everyone feel special. The beds are INCREDIBLE. Staff was very attentive to any needs. Use of the town car was so helpful. Nice walk to Pike's.

This hotel has the neatest atmosphere and the most comfortable beds in the world. I went home and bought this bed after staying here. You won't be disappointed staying here. You won't want to leave.

My first time visiting Seattle with my boyfriend who is from there, we stayed at this hotel. All I can & have to say is "SIMPLY FANTASTIC". A perfect boutique hotel, if you desire personal attention...This is a must stay at if you are in Seattle.

We checked in and were put in a suite next to the elavator with a very loud fan outside our window.. We called front desk and they immediately moved us to a huge suite that was very nice, so we have no complaints.

EXCEPTIONAL in every way! Concierge greeted me by name when we arrived (our first time!). Great atmosphere, comfortable, and comparable to best European hotels. Staff was highly personable, warm, friendly, yet professional. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates fine service. We will definitely visit again!

The Sorrento was just fabulous! The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Wonderful!!

Everything was elegant here. The room needed a air vent and trash can in the bathroom and there is no parking. But we enjoyed the hotel very much.
