Stayed 2 different dates and rooms in Sept. Renos must have been completed. Love the ginger shampoo and body lotion . Were worried about airport traffic noise, but it was silent both times.. Would highly recommend.
Cold and Disrespectful Front Desk - posted on 06/20/2006
When we checked in at the front desk, I was told that we did not give our room preferences. I had a confirmation number with my room preference printed with me. I showed it to the desk clerks. The people at the front desk acted like we were a problem and too much trouble. Charging to park at the hotel is ridiculous when we are paying the high rates for the room. Also, the front desk gave another customer a voucher for a free breakfast and did not offer us the same. We were treated coldly and disrespectful at this Marriott by your front desk. I will not be staying at this Marriott again in the future.

I thought it was pricey, then they charge $12 a day for parking! So, you're looking at what you would pay for a four star hotel. The rooms are old and tired looking. Our carpet needed to be stretched and was worn. The bathroom had broken tiles and the bottom of the tub was worn. I wasn't impressed for what you pay. It should of been much nicer. Even the restaurant starts at $20 a plate for dinner. I'm sure in its heyday this hotel was nice, but it's over 20 years old now and everything is outdated.

the sea-tac marriot is very close to the airport, it has a beautiful lobby, good service. the food in the restuarant could have been better. they charge the guests for parking. the pool is very nice, good for families.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was fabulous, we had the breakfast buffet that was incredible! Even the bellboys were great, extremely helpful with all our luggage, calling cabs for us, and helping us to navigate the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about my experience at the Marriot Sea-Tac Airport hotel. The rooms look out over a lovely, beautifully landscaped, partially covered pool & dining area that has romantic night lighting. The service was the best I've experienced in any hotel. All of the employees sought to be helpful and several went far beyond my expectations to try to ensure my satisfaction.
