About the Marriott Sea Tac Airport

The Marriott Sea-Tac Airport is not what one would expect from an airport hotel. While located just blocks from Sea-Tac International Airport, the property sits gracefully on a western hillside above it all. Meeting planners are well served to look into what this property has to offer. Staff are very professional, multi-lingual and helpful. The hotel works closely with a local high school and skills center academy of travel and tourism and culinary programs. A convenience store is across the street. When not dining on the hotel's fine restaurant fare, try the Seattle favorite, 13 Coins Restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is convenient to Interstate 5 when venturing the 15 miles or so to the city. Or, try the "back door" by taking Highway 518 west, to Highway 509/99 north for a quick zip into downtown. Ask your taxi driver and you'll be pleased at the convenience. 176th street, which fronts the hotel, also is another "back door" by heading east you come over the rise to descend upon the regional shopping district of Tukwila and Westfield Shopping Town, otherwise known as "Southcenter."

This three star property,which for services deserves four stars, is built with nine stories and 454 rooms and 5 suites. There are 24 meeting rooms and 18,500 square feet of meeting space. There are also four concierge levels. Airport noise is surprisingly diminished by its hillside location. In a few short years, customers can board the Light Rail system to points in the city and south to Tacoma, with a station just steps away.

Rich amenities include: Coffee/tea in room service, daily newspaper, complimentary phone calls including 800 numbers, onsite newstand, ATM machine, laundry, and room service from 6:00AM to midnight. Car rental services are onsite. There's a game room and televisions have video games too. The hotel is ADA accessible and service animals are allowed for those of us with disabilities. Rooms are wired for internet and two-line telephones include voicemail and speakerphones. TV's have premium cable access and pay-per-view movies. Exit airport to South 170th Street. Turn right onto 170th and right again onto Internation Blvd. (Hwy 99). From Internation Blvd., turn left on 176th street., the hotel is two blocks ahead on the right. The airport shuttle is complementary. From Interstate 5, take the 188th Street Exit, head west to International Blvd., take a right to 176th Street, then up the hill to the hotel on your right.
