The whole hotel seems to be the chimney of its restaurant, and smells like kitchen. I got a room at the 3rd floor and the smell was horrible. Then I switched to 7th floor which is better, but the smell still comes out from the edge of carpet. I still give it 3 stars because it is a beautiful hotel and is excellent in everything else. However, because of the smell I will not visit it again.

I was slightly disappointed by the size of the room. After viewing onling I expected something larger. The staff is amazing, they will do almost anything to accomodate your needs. We found a few minor things in the room that definitely could have been cleaner, especially since this is a luxury hotel.

This little hotel is full of cham, the rooms are really very well done in terms of decor and quality; very comfortable beds and big flat screen tv's make for a perfect stay. Check in servce was very efficient and friendly as was check out. There are two restaurants on either side of the lobby, one accesible from the hotel the other next door, are both very interesting and inventive.

The service was beyond excellent, the food was superb & the rooms very clean & comfortable. I will definatly stay there again.

This hotel was outstanding. The service was wonderful, the location is perfect downtown. The room (Jr. Suite) was very cozy.

This was a wonderful hotel, a spacious room, off the street (no view, but quiet), centrally located, marvellous, helpful staff. The only disapointment was that I could not order alcoholic beverages from room service!

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms were comfy. Service was top notch. The restaurant next to it (Lola's) had fantastic food, although mediocre service. Only thing is that the down pillows they had were too soft for me and left me with a neck ache. Memory foam pillows is definitely a better way to go.

The room was adequate, with a plasma TV and a comfortable bed. What made the hotel worth the rate was the service. We arrived at about 9:00 at night following a long day of golf & sightseeing, and the front desk staff took care of getting us a dinner reservation at an excellant fine dining restaurant at around 10:00. The bell staff was also prompt and were especially helpful with directions, a map, and suggestions. We will definitely look to stay there again on our next trip to Seattle.

Our first getaway after the baby-- Hotel Andra was what this tired couple needed! A luxurious hotel, perfect for pleasure or business. Great big room, great location, great staff!

This hotel's staff makes it the best in the city. Always willing to help with dinner reservations or travel within the area. They were even more than helpful to immediately refund my money when I was incorrectly charged for my stay. An awesome hotel!

The whole package was great from the front desk service to the rooms. Rooms are well appointed with lots of little details. Request a room on the back side of the hotel and away from the elevator otherwise it's a little noisy.

My wife, son and I just returned from a great 5 day trip to Seattle. We stayed at the Hotel Andra & can't say enough about this hotel, and its friendly staff. We will be back. The only negative I can relate is the parking tab at $24/day. In retrospect, I could have kept in a lot across the street.

the place can not get any better...it is amazing. What a great new hotel that is needed in Seattle, all the others just dont compare. Clean, great service, big rooms. We will be back.
