Even arriving close to midnight we received smiles and help with our bags. The comfort of the room was a blessing
Not Your Average Airport Hotel! - posted on 05/17/2007
Arriving in US, the airport driver & hotel staff made us feel like welcomed guests. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave. The in-room coffee (pods) was better than most chains. Had a good but over-priced lunch. After dinner (elsewhere) it was time for a good night sleep on the Serenity (Hilton's bed)! Next morning @ 0745, our driver took us to Pike Place Market while kitty stayed behind;free to rest/roam about the room. No pet smell in room, either. Pool/hot tub, lobby w/fireplace were cozy. The restaurant is convenient but not great for familes traveling for an extended time.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was a quick free ride from the airport, we were treated like celebrities, the beds were so comfy and we had a great driver that took us anywhere.

Great hotel except for the parking. You can valet or self park, but the self park is about a block away from the hotel, and the hotel is a maze to walk through! It took us 10 minutes to get to our room from the parking garage. Oh, and its an extra $16 (?) a day for parking! The indoor pool was also out of commission, but given it was December it wasnt a big deal.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Cabs and shuttle to airport were on time with no hidden surprises. A good place to stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool after a day of sightseeing in Seattle. We had a groundfloor room so we walked out the sliding door to the pool. We liked the grounds. We were upgraded from double beds to king beds at no extra charge. No fan or air in the room and it did get a bit stuffy. Overall our stay was good, i didn't notice much noise.

Spent only one night. Will certainly come back when coming to Seattle. I also spent a night in the downtown Sheraton. Hilton was better.
Nice stay for what you pay - posted on 05/31/2006
Overall hotel was very nice. Stylish lobby and rooms. Cordial staff, but the bellmen were not available when I needed help unloading luggage from taxi. Not much to do in surrounding area besides go to local mall (free shuttle offered). But hotel did have nice amenities, i.e., jaquzzi, heated pool, and gym. On-site resturaunt pricey for dinner. Nice stay for persons just passing through town or persons just looking for a place to lay their heads down for a couple nights.

Very impressed with all your staff. When staying in Seattle again, we will be staying at the Hilton. Room was just great.

Walls are paper-thin; I couldn't get any sleep. The hallways are dark, parking is terrible. No water pressure in the shower!

The service overall was good. With exception at registration, there was no mention of the extra fee for "parking". This is very unusual if you are a guest. Also, at the restaurant our waitress service was very poor.

I don't understand how a Hilton could be so rundown and still put their name on it. The room was smelly, dark and the furniture was 20 years old. I had to ask for more pillows because they were so thin you needed 4 of them to equal 1. I always thought of a Hilton as a classy place to stay. Not anymore!
Disappointing Hilton - posted on 12/14/2004
In-room internet for "24 hours" really only lasts till noon (typical for most hotels but not stated in terms and conditions). Bathroom layout is akward, room and hotel smells. $14 per day for parking??? Staff needs major customer serivce training.
