This Hilton property has been around since the 1970's, but has recently been remodeled and expanded to include a state-of-the-art conference center and enclosed parking garage. Sleeping rooms are well appointed. Although its location is directly across from the Sea-Tac International Airport, great effort has been made for sound proofing and security that will please the most discerning guest. Meeting rooms and banquet food rank only among the best. Staff is very professional, multi-lingual and the hotel cooperates with a local high school Travel and Tourism Academy, offering scholarships and advancement opportunities demonstrating their commitment to staff development.

This hotel is ideal for the business traveler, with or without the family. The location is a great hub to visit the best the region has to offer. The food, especially for meetings, is some of the most varied and best. There is a convenience store up the block and 13 Coins Restaurant, a Seattle favorite, is within walking distance. Car rental agencies are close by and the hotel shuttle is great for airport access. Southcenter Mall/Westfield Shopping Town is 5 minutes away. Treat yourself to a gourmet lunch prepared by culinary students at the Sea-Tac Occupational Skills Center, also close by. Casinos are nearby on the Interurban and one is 9 blocks south on 99.
