Customer Reviews for Best Western Pioneer Square Hotel

GREAT SERVICE! - posted on 05/05/2007

The hotel is a very nice remodel of a very old hotel in Seattle. The area is pioneer square and there lots of night clubs, bars, and night life also the baseball field is within walking distance. The best part of my stay was the GREAT service I got from the staff, maybe they had me mixed up with some vip staying at the hotel?

Great stay - posted on 06/16/2005

Very pleased with the accomodations and amenities. Appreciated the wonderful breakfast service. It was a bountiful continental breakfast and the service people were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything anyone could ask for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would consider staying there again if in the Seattle downtown/dock area.

Brief stay - posted on 06/13/2005

We recommend this hotel for a brief stay, particularly if coming in for one day before a cruise. Staff was VERY friendly and accomodating.

Too much for too little!! - posted on 12/10/2004

The rooms were too small for the price. There were not any food delivery pamphlets in the room for simple things like pizza etc.The garage was an additional price and not attached to the hotel, which means you had to walk just to get to your car. The hotel was nice but overall I would not go back.

Small rooms - posted on 10/26/2004

This hotel was very charming. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms weren't quite as roomy as I had hoped for. When opening the bathroom door, it hit one of the beds and blocked the front door. Quite small, but very charming!
