A night in Seattle - posted on 01/07/2006
Really enjoyed the hotel. One of the better I've stayed in the last couple of years. The staff was helpful and the room was as advertised. No problem on check-in or check-out. As I wanted to be near the Needle and the pier, this was perfectly located and my request for a room with a Needle view was honored too. Good site and competitive rates. I'll be back.

The Best Western Executive Inn experience was exactly what I hoped for. The free in-room internet access was a bonus; our room was clean and comfortable and the location was central and convenient.

Rooms were good, clean. Restaurant was closed on Sunday night. However burgers from the bar were good. Bartender was crabby, not friendl;, having personal problems with someone on phone
Will stay somewhere else next time. - posted on 04/01/2007
The hotel is in a quiet location. A great location for walking to various places in seattle. Customer service was poor, parking was 5.00 a night and, the complimentry hotel bus was never available. Was told by front desk people it was not available at various times throughout the day. They told us to ride the monorail. The rooms were okay for price. Quiet, except for the snoring guy next door. What was said in the advertisement is not what we got. Next time will stay somewhere else.
Overall excellent value - posted on 11/18/2006
Everything was about as good as it gets at this price. The bed was good, and the room was pretty quiet because its off of the main drag. And they dont charge you for parking like some of the other seattle hotels.

Bad start to this stay. The driver called for me by the hotel included his tip in the fare from the airport, would not take a credit card, did not help with my bags - it was awful. The desk clerk was busy and not compassionate. The room was clean and spacious and the property is well kept. Impressive amenities dispensers in the bathroom area. Great location for walking to some of Seattle's main features. I'd recommend the property based on my Overall experience...but call a taxi - you'll pay less - and you'll get help with your bags!

We stayed overnight here, so we'd be close to the Experience Music Project, Pike Street, and so on. Though a little old, the hotel was very clean and quiet. It has underground parking (no extra charge), as well as room service. The attached restaurant "Brellas" was so-so. The view of downtown is marred by the rooftops/etc between it and the hotel
Good Value for Money - posted on 07/07/2006
In comparison to the hotels in the same vicinity, this was a great value. The parking garage (which was free to hotel guests) was not very well lighted and a bit desolate. The restaurant Brella connected to the hotel had terrible service. Got wrong bill, no refills on drinks, and poor waitress with attitude. Besides this, the hotel was very clean and spacious. Will stay there again.

Room and hotel is very clean and have nice view from the window. Staff are nice and helpful. Very good location, close to everything.
