The hotel was convenient for me and my friends since it was a stop of the quickcoach bus we took from Vancouver. It was next to a McDonalds which was good for late night snacks but the area was generally unsafe looking in the evening. It takes a while to walk to the Seattle Center but if you don't mind walking, the hotel is ok. The receptionists are nice and the breakfast was ok - it is what can be expected from the hotel. The room was fairly old and I question the cleanliness of the bed. The washroom didn't have an exhaust fan but I liked the fact that they put the soap, shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser - very environmentally friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel: the staff was friendly and it was clean and convenient. I was a little dissatisfied that the room view was not great, but for the price it was right.

The hotel was exceptionally clean

Had to wait 25 minutes to get ride to pike st market on the free hotel shuttle. It was raining so walking was out.

This hotel is quite comfortable and convenient to the Seattle Center, Convention Center, and Downtown shopping. Good security. Unlike it's Best Western cousin nearby, this hotel does not have free parking. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Forgotten amenities free at desk. Great overall.

Great location for downtown sightseeing.

This hotel would be a good choice for those interested in a comfortable location near the Seattle Center. The lobby is very pleasant and the in-house restaurant Brellas although a bit institutional looking, serves tasty food. The adjacent bar/cocktail lounge features sports channels on the big screen and a pool table in the back. The meeting rooms would make a good spot for family reunions. Hot tub and 24 hour exercise facility and high speed internet. About one mile to Pike Place Market, two miles to Pioneer Square and Safeco Field. Free local shuttle from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., this service is a first come first served courtesy van based on availability that services just the immediate downtown and waterfront areas.

A pleasant surprise. It could not be any closer to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Look up; you can almost see the people traveling in the outside elevators of the needle. It would be more of a hike to some of Seattles other attractions, but the hotel provides shuttle service. And the immediate area of businesses is not altogether unpleasant and very safe feeling. The building is boxy and looks like it was built in the 1960s which it probably was for the Worlds Fair in 1962. When you get in the lobby everything is very updated (2007) and hotel-like. It has a tiny computer room. This is the pickup and drop off point for QuickShuttle service to Vancouver BC.
