The continental breakfast was fantastic. The beds in the rooms left a little to be desired, but the overall atmosphere was great. We spent very little time in the rooms, so there was no need for a more upscale hotel. Great location! Close to Space Needle, Experience Music Project, great restaurants, and downtown.

Very nice experience. The rooms were perfectly clean, the breakfast decent, the downtown is in the walking distnce, as well as the Space Needle. The spa was also a nice experience. Hotel has an 24 hour accessible internet room. I would point out the great, nice and helpful service. Kudos!

For a few bucks more, we should have stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn. The Spa was beautiful and continental breakfast was good, but the room was very old. The beds were not very comfy. The room had a musty smell and it just didnt feel clean. The staff were friendly, but the walk to the attractions was much longer than we thought it would be. Spend an extra 10 bucks and go for an upgraded hotel. Especially if you are on vacation, you want to feel like you are comfortable and can relax.

the breakfast room was great. The shower was broken, only had a bath. Staff was very helpful and would have given a discount if we had not been prepaid.

My family and I have stayed at the Best Western Loyal Inn many times and we always enjoy our stay. Great front desk staff and the continental breakfast are great. I noticed the remodel of the front counter area (was very nice). We like the location because it is close to the Seattle center, the space needle and transportation to down town via the monorail (when working) or an in expensive bus ride. We will be staying there again in the future.

Only thing I didn't understand was why a double room didn't have a refrigerator etc when rooms with 1 bed had refrig, microwave, sink. The 4 people in my room sure couldn't used these extras.
