Good stay - posted on 08/24/2006
First time in the hotel. Loved the room and excellent access to wireless communication. Did require ad-hoc access to a meeting room during my stay, none available. Are there enough? My colleague liked the excercise facilities. Will stay again, both my colleague and I.
Good choice near the Seattle/Tacoma Airport - posted on 08/23/2006
Rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. While it was a no smoking room, someone had smoked recently in the bathroom. We were there less than 12 hours; the proximity to the airport was important & the van service to the airport was timely.
Convenient location - posted on 11/01/2005
I was only at this hotel overnight to catch a plane. It was very convenient to the airport. It would be nice if a breakfast was served earlier than 6:30 AM.

The room was clean and I particularly liked the bed. Pillows were nice and fluffy as well as the comforter. The linens were clean and the Sleep Number bed was very nice. Bathroom was clean as well.

We did not expect the quality we encountered. Yes we expected a nice room but it was far and above a "nice" room. Everything was clean and the sleep number bed was the best. The staff was very friendly as well. Great customer service.

Shower needs work - posted on 01/09/2007
I am 5 foot 7 inches and I had to squat in the shower to wash my hair. If I stood up the water was hitting the center of my back. My husband who is 6 foot 3 was on his knees trying to wash. Everything else was nice but the shower is a bit ridiculous. They said when we checked out they have taller showers on the 4th floor but we where on the 5th.

You can walk from the airport quicker than the shuttle can get you. That is how close you are. Great stopover if you are flying through. I stay here enroute through to AK and it is very easy. Had a small issue with repair to room. I thought nothing of it until the next day when manager called and appologized. It was no big deal but she insisted on sending out a free one night stay anyway. Great service.

We ate dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Everything else was quite acceptable, but nothing stood out as being exceptional.

Observed recommendation of a previous guest. Stayed on backside of the hotel, away from the airport...very quiet. Staff super!
Service needs improvement - posted on 11/18/2005
I had a problem with something in my room...took 4 hours and 3 phone calls to get someone to check it out. Then, after all that wait, I had to change rooms because it couldn't be fixed. The food in the restaurant was good, but overpriced. The wait staff in the restuarant was great. Can't say as much for the staff at check-in...very inefficient.

I was in a remodeled room - very nice. High speed internet (wireless), extended shower curtain, they did a great job. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT ADDRESS - there is another Radisson down the street. This one is directly across the street from the airport. Make sure you bring sandals to the pool - the marble floor is very slippery! Room service was good, great selection. Hotel staff was wonderful. I can't imagine the price staying this low - it's a great bargain for what you get.
