A pleasant stay - posted on 04/02/2007
After reading a number of negative reviews I was hesitant to stay. I'm glad I did however as all concerns were unfounded. During my 3 day stay I found the room to be quiet and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and a couple of minor repairs were handled immediately. I would readily stay there again. KUDO's RAMADA!
big mistake - posted on 03/13/2007
Room was dirty, sheets stained, elevator stank of old food, security was lax, employees surly or depressed, dismal place all around
Not the best - posted on 09/21/2006
Room was drab, no real glasses, although lobby cafe provided two plastic glasses. Only one coffee pouch...we had to go to the lobby to get another. The staff was friendly but very casual. We choose this property because it was close to the airport so it met our goal.
Unhappy with the Ramada Inn by SeaTac - posted on 08/04/2006
There were 4 of us staying in the room; only 2 sets of towels and wash cloths were supplied. When I requested more towels from the front desk, none were supplied. I went to the front desk in person and asked again. I was sent to a laundry room where I was told there were no extras. The cable TV hookup was frayed and broken. The hallways were littered with trash and cigarette butts were lying all around the entrance doors.

its just horrible experience, on my stay. The rate is great, but wouldn't stay here again. Bad customer service, defenitely need new management.
Unexceptable! - posted on 07/12/2006
Soiled towels, no wash clothes, a sink that was falling off the wall, mold, electrical tape over the smoke detector, we had to call down 3 times and make one trip to the front desk to have pillows delivered, pool chlorine was unbearable and a totally incompetent staff. Were told their computers were down and it would be about 15 minutes before we would be able to check in. An hour later, assigned us to rooms that hadn?t been cleaned yet. Given key cards that expired daily, so had to make trips back to the lobby to get them reactivated
Horrible Experience - posted on 07/06/2006
I would not suggest anyone stay here. Aside from a new employee named Dave, the customer service is non-existent, the pool is filthy, and the walls are paper thin. I thought Ramada was a better place to stay. The management is unhelpful and doesn't appear equipped to handle even the most trivial matters. I don't think they are aware that the people they are serving are travel weary. They give Ramada a bad name.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - posted on 07/04/2006
If all you were going to do was sleep and eat it would be suitable. But not for a family staying for a few nights. The swimming pool was cold water and chlorine. The customer service and atmosphere were nonexistent. There was little parking and we could not access the internet; except in the lobby. Would not recommend staying there for any reason except it is close to the airport; but so are many other wonderful hotels to stay at.
Very poor service. - posted on 07/03/2006
Staff could not speak English to a good enough standard. The hotel misspelled my name and I missed an important call. They were told by the receptionist that no such person was at the hotel. I missed being picked up by an RV rental company and had to phone them myself. The receptionist refused to give me back costs incurred in phoning the company from my room. Instead of starting my holiday at around 9.30 am, I did not get to pick up my vehicle until 11.45. Overall, the service was very poor.
Do not stay here! - posted on 06/28/2006
There was a man at the front desk who promised us a decent rate for the next evening. We altered our travel plans based on this but were told the next day by his superior that we could not have that rate. Her response was, "He was just trying to please you." Imaginge that. This topped off a swimming pool that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, hairs along the wall in our room, moulding missing around the corner of the dresser that my son scratched his leg on, and something resembling dried bodily fluid on the carpet. I expected so much more from Ramada.
got the job done - posted on 06/02/2006
it was in a convenient area, people were very plesant and the staff was very helpful and there to help. The resturant was very friendly and were more than happy to deliver to room. I did feel very safe and comfortable there. The fitness room is tiny with like 3 or 4 machines, and the pool is also small. all in all, i would stay there again.
*** An OK Room *** - posted on 05/24/2006
The walls were paper thin, the venting in the pool room was very stuffy. There was no drain in the bathroom sink to hold water. It was an ok room for what I paid. I expected MORE from a Ramada. But I guess you get what you pay for. And, we will not stay there again. I think I will pay the extra money to stay at a nicer place.

We needed a corkscrew for a bottle of wine and had to barter with the bartender to open it. None available at front desk. The price was good, hotel clean.
Not Real Impressed - posted on 05/11/2006
In reading the list ammenities provided by the hotel, I was sold by the offer of microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. Upon checking into the room these features were not available as advertised. For a higher rate, one could upgrade but the features are not standard. The parking accomodations are "terrible" and "unsafe". I was forced to park at a remote location and walk to the hotel (not safe for a female walking alone in the dark). Hotel appears worn and needs to be upgraded.
Minimal accommodation - posted on 04/28/2006
This hotel is clean, but minimal in comforts. The food from room service was from the on-site asian restaurant and was only adequate. The room was spartan, but reasonably quiet given the close proximity to the airport. The price was OK compared to other hotels that were much higher in the area.
Needs Cleaning - posted on 04/17/2006
Room was dirty and had items left from a previous guest. Large hole (looks like it was punched) in the bathroom door. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. Could not find an operating coke machine after looking on several floors. Desk clerk was not helpful. Shuttle service was the only good feature.
You get what you pay for - posted on 04/12/2006
We paid under $* per night. You get what you pay for. There was enough parking for about 60 cars. The halls to the room smelled like stale cigeretts. The comforters were two different colors. The sheets and towles had small holes. And one bed had a few black hairs in the sheets. But the bathrooms looked clean and the shower was hot. I wouldn't stay here again. But the management was friendly.

Bathroom floor was dirty. The door lock did not work. In a room with 2 beds only 2 towels and one cup of coffee was supplied. Parking was impossible.

stayed one night and it was one night two long..place could use a good cleaning ..our sheets were old and tattered and smelled like they hadn't been changed. Only saving grace was that was relatively cheap
Receptionist - posted on 10/31/2005
Because of our flight from Newark, we arrived late, approximately 21.55 hours. the receptionist was officious and short with us and when we asked where there was a bar locally? We were told "if you NEED a beer" to which others in the queue laughed quietly, 'there is a hotel open within walking distance". This hotel proved to be at least a mile away and therefore after a long flight, not a journey we felt like travelling. I understand hotel bar closing times, but your receptionists should be trained to not make the clientele feel like alcoholics because they ask for the nearest bar. Other than the breakfast in a Chinese Restaurant, the only facility on site, the room / bathroom facilities were adequate and clean. I will consider staying at a Ramada in the future, but not the same one with the same receptionist.
Lost keys - posted on 08/18/2005
I did lose my car keys in the room and no one turned them in but other than that it was great.
Needs fixing - posted on 10/09/2004
This hotel appears to look new from the outside, however the rooms are in need of many repairs and or a good cleaning. Basic maintenance had been neglected and the rooms smelled.
