Food was fresh and tasty. Nice pool and hot tub. Bed was comfortable and pillow were labeled as to firmness. Towel were large and fluffy.

This hotel is conveniently located, however, in hand with that is the fact that it is located just off a main arterial and adjacent to 24-hour McDonalds, bright lights and all. I slept well through the night to have a decent continental breakfast (including biscuits and gravy) and was able to get to my meeting, which were only a few minutes away. This hotel is very clean and has a courteous staff that is very obliging to the guests. I had a great stay.

Very quiet, comfortable, and clean.

The hot tub was not as hot as I would have liked.

This is a three star hotel with five star service. That is the opinion of at least one guest who has stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and was delighted with his huge accommodation and the affordable rates. Other guests rate this as the best place to stay in town and had many good things to say about this Puyallup hotel. The entire property is spotlessly clean and the employees have lots of helpful information to insure newcomers to town feel at home. The breakfast buffet was better than many expected and most guests say they will certainly stay at this property on future visits to the area.
